Refund Policy for SilkRoad Herbs

At SilkRoad Herbs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our goods, we’ve outlined the following refund policy to be transparent and fair.

1. All Sales Are Final – With Exceptions
Because we sell consumable herbal and cannabinoid-based products (e.g., THCA, kratom, kava, blue lotus), all sales are considered final once shipped. However, exceptions will be made in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival

  • Incorrect or incomplete orders

  • Shipping errors on our part

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to safety and compliance regulations.

2. Requesting a Refund
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos of the item(s) in question

  • Email us at media@silkroadherbs.com

Our team will assess the issue and provide one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement shipment at no additional charge
     

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery

  • The product remains unopened and unused (unless damaged)

  • The issue is verified by our team based on photographic evidence or tracking logs

  • The shipping address was valid and deliverable

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Customer errors in selecting restricted or banned products in their state

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers once items leave our warehouse
     

4. Wholesale Orders
Due to the size and volume of wholesale orders, all wholesale sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or the shipment is incorrect. Refund requests for wholesale accounts must be made within 3 business days of receipt.

5. How Refunds Are Issued
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
